most of their worth is in stocks so until sell not taxed. They then swap the stock for items to avoid taxes. Really if stock is used to swap/purchase something it should be identified at that poin

it's because it's not technically income, it's the increase in value of shares and assets. The gov need to start taxing shares and assets!
