@sikhcolouring: I find myself constantly multitasking and it is my norm. But recently we have been making a conscious effort to change and break this habit during our Rehras Sahib. A time where we sit, recite Gurbani together and listen to one another pray without any distractions. It feels great when we’re all sitting together and dedicating time to meditate.
