Unlikely that device will protect ANY electrical device in your home. A strong EMP will smoke almost everything not in a true Faraday cage.

Unless you’re in a Faraday cage it won’t matter. EMP passes through the structure.

I really think the emp will knock out wherever the power is coming from. I’m sure the power will go out before u can even protect ur fuse box is even feasible.
