@foodieeda.en: The best Italian sandwich I have ever eaten was this Capocollo at the Nieuwe Spiegel branch of Zero Zero in Amsterdam (the other one is in Gerard Doustraat)😍 I first went there at 8 AM, and they said they only serve coffee then, and sandwich service will starts at 10:00🥹 So naturally, at 10:01, I was at their door again and I ate the first sandwich of the day💃🏻 My order was Capocollo: they split the freshly baked sourdough schiacciata and put plenty of red pesto, mozzarella cheese, dried capocollo, arugula and olive oil. The ingredients are coming from Italy 🇮🇹 It was really sooooo delicious that I can’t even put it to words. The portions are HUGE, prices vary between €11-€15, mine was €12. If you don’t prefer meat, there are also plenty of tasty vegetarian options as far as I know🌱 I think sharing this is ideal because it managed to feed even a hungry person like me with a quarter of it (don’t worry, I ate the whole thing throughout the day😅).
