@veryhungrygreek: 30 DAYS OF HIGH PROTEIN AIR-FRYER RECIPES Day 30| Chicken tikka garlic bread focaccia sandwich 🥵 Creamy chicken tikka in a toasted garlic-butter focaccia sandwich, topped off with mango chutney and crushed poppadom’s for a flavour and texture SENSATION 😮💨 Macros 471 calories 40gP / 13F / 44gC Serves: 1 Shopping list ✍️ 120g chicken breast 1 tsp tikka paste 1 heaped tbsp of 0% fat Greek yogurt 3 tbsp light mayonnaise Sliced lettuce 2 tsp mango chutney A few mini flavoured poppadom’s Sliced Focaccia Garlic butter 🧈: 2 tsp light melted butter, a pinch of garlic powder/granules & pinch of dried parsley. Method Butterfly the chicken breast then mix with a tsp of tikka paste and yogurt. Spray the air fryer with low calorie spray, place the chicken in and spray again. Air fry on 190C for 12-14 mins until cooked. In the meantime mix the melted butter with parsley and garlic and spread over the top slice. Air fry on 200C for a few minutes until golden.
