Metformin didn’t do anything for me, my pharmacist recommended magnesium citrate and not only did it reverse my insulin resistance but it only took 60 days when 4 months of metformin had no change

I have insulin resistance. no PCOS. no diabetes. so it took YEARS to find out. it took me gaining 60 lbs in a year while eating healthy and exercising to get diagnosed.

Same. My regular docs did the bare minimum for over a year. Two months with Allara and I had a diagnosis and treatment plan that worked!
