usually the on and off switch goes out. disconnect the wires and try again.

Compression could be crank seals or rings that’s if it actually has a spark to the plug

Check spark plug with a tester to rule out plug or ignition coil.

That screen is the spark arrestor, but yes, it can get caked up with carbon

I knew when you said @ start of video it had no spark that cleaning the arrestor would not fix the no spark issue.

If it’s weak spark it might fire with the spark plug out but might not fire under compression
