power companies usually put the poles on the property line..looks like that may be the case. You can do a lot line adjustment with the neighbors, if they are cool with it. not impossible to fix

Utility poles, water meters, electric transformer boxes are usually on the property line. Look where the electric pole is…. On the property line. That owner(seller) knew it was not on the property,
