Be careful with DRY, lest you introduce unnecessary coupling. A codebase will survive a bit of duplication but coupling is the killer. This idea only became widely known in the last couple of decades

As soon as i saw Clean Code in the list ik this persons clueless. Cleanness is subjective. There's no such thing as clean code. And SOLID principles are a lot of the time an overhead

In my experience DRY is used to violate the others. Duplicate code is fine. Duplicate logic is the only thing to watch out for

The code in the Clean Code book is mostly dreadful. Try reading A Philosophy of Software Design instead.

as someone whos programming for 4 years now, always put quality code over clean code first. unless its some kind of open source, if you have ur own group or studio, you can always make code guides
