@cheesemelts.co: Never have I ever… tried a pickle in melted cheese. But to my surprise it was actually pretty good, and I’ll be sure to do it again. I bought spiced gherkins (as we call them in Australia), and melted blocks of mozzarella for a few minutes in an oven.
