I work in food service and I have the same issue... fortunately my coworkers have learned that as a woman of a certain age with children, i need to be taken seriously lol

I was a daycare teacher, I cannot count how many times I’ve asked for a bathroom break and either had had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for one or not get one at all ridiculous

I use to stand in the window so the kids could see me, lean forward for a min so they couldn’t, back so they could and then make a run for it. They thought I was still there.

It’s even harder when you have IBS, and you text all the people and end up having to sprint full speed to the bathroom to make it on time.
