It is clearly labeled at the top when you click on "Painting Shoes". Maybe change name to QT Designs and label Painted or Embroidered in name of shoe, also.

Going forward, maybe send an email telling them you can't start work until they confirm, in writing, which style they're getting, painted or embroidery. Refund 25% on just this order.
