Boil sauce: Melt 3-4 sticks of butter, & add 4-8 tablespoons of each cayenne, paprika, cajun, lemon pepper, chili powder seasoning, 1 bay leaf, then add garlic chopped & lemon juice. Seasoning is (optional), can substitute for just butter. Mix all together & enjoy!
