With that in consideration, I had been taking ice baths every single day for 2 years prior to pregnancy. 3. My typical ice bath is between 40-33°F so im pretty used to the temperature change. 4. My physical and mental reaction to cold exposure is much different with consistency. I am able to keep my composure and not go into shock. 5.
