Aim to bring your chest as close to your knees as possible ▸ Russian twist - keep your core engaged throughout the exercise to protect your lower back. Rotate your torso to the left & right. ▸ Leg raise - keep your lower back on the floor at all times (do not arch your back) ▸ Mountain climber - start with plank position & slowly tuck your knees towards your chest ▸ Plank - core tight, tuck your tailbone slightly, keep neutral spine & squeeze your glutes Trust me & you will feel in it your abs so much more🫶🏻!
