In finland EVERYONE has access to sauna. We have 3,2 million saunas and 5,5 million people 😂 It's a big part of our culture.

Yah I would question the validity of the research considering they probably used sauna after gym so technically it’s the lifestyle not truly the sauna

I’m not sure saunas go up to 88-90 degrees in Celsius? Do they? Ours maximum is 150 degrees Fahrenheit
