you should layer the first and second. adding the second one to the first with remove the look of the boning. stunning as always

They're also called crinolines and I used to buy them for my daughter's pageant dresses back in the 80s when she was little.

The first one is called a crinoline. You need petticoats over the crinoline!

You can use clear hair elastic to tie the belt flat around the waist. Good for pearl belts.💋
