the S-Pen thing is part of the design, but that is definitely from being damaged by you/dropped, you can get extremely unlucky and this happen on a small drop too

I love my s24u but compared to the s22u it's not as good my charging port has broke ofc easy fix covered with warranty but I can't feel the £1300 worth of value my s22u on the other hand worth it!
