‎looking for a cosy place to have a quick catchup? coupled with delicious food and drinks, FANGKO COFFEE is a good spot to chill if youre in the area.  ‎ small quaint cafe tucked away in a quiet corner of Hong Kong Street, while the exterior might look unassumingly calm, it was bustling with excited patrons, the aroma of good coffee and indo food. you definitely won’t miss their iconic GET SMASHED INSIDE sign.  ‎ the exterior was decorated with a good mixture of greenery and dark wood, while the inside leaned towards modern contemporary dark wood with neon lights. it gave off a calming atmosphere with a tinge of excitement for the good food about to come.  ‎ 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗲 $𝟭𝟭  their iconic indomie dish was hearty and satisfying. the portion of tender tasty chicken was more than generous, packed a good kick (we got medium level for spiciness), and the fried skin was the perfect chewy yet crunchy texture. the wet indomie was savoury yet sweet, topped off with a sous vide egg and prawn crackers, adding different textures and flavours to the dish.  ‎ 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘄 $𝟲 (𝘀 - 𝟴𝗼𝘇)  this drink was strong yet sweet. it was good coffee that served as the perfect perk me up and i wished i could have this every morning. ‎ 𝗹𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗹𝘁 $𝟳.𝟱  this was made for the non-caffeine drinkers, sweet and refreshing. it might end up being too sweet for some, pro-tip: dont mix in all the syrup at the bottom of the cup, and wait for the ice to melt!  ‎ 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵 $𝟭𝟰  a stark contrast to the homely indomie dish: the avocado was creamy and milky, balanced out by the strong firm cheese shreds. the combination was immaculate, sandwiched between buttery toasts, making for the perfect complement to calm my fiery mouth from the spicy indomie.  ‎ #sgfoodie #indomie #smashedchicken #grilledcheese #sandwich #coffee #cafe
