In a bowl combine coconut sugar, vanilla, flax, instant coffee, plant milk, and coconut oil. 2. Add in almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Fully combine. 3. Roll into balls and flatten on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 12-14 mins. 4. Make Frosting by combining cashew cream cheese, vanilla, and coconut sugar. 5. Let cookies cool and top with icing and cocoa powder. Enjoy! 😉
