Wouldn't you want to modify the second wireless mode option as you're running a Wi-Fi 6 AX adapter? All this does though is support multiple Wi-Fi standards. Your second option is not really required

Partially correct.... 5ghz has a shorter range and thus does NOT always speed things up

Just buy any AC adapter for your WIFI. This will hold it steady and keep your 5g steady too.

u r , router, needs to provide first dual band, yes 5g is better when next to the ,router, and 2.4 , when in bedroom with door and wall between u and ,router 😏
