Swelling is normal. Pitting edema is not! I’d get it checked out.

Postpartum preeclampsia can happen to anyone. Get checked out just in case. Hope it’s just normal swelling ❤️❤️

It’s normal they should have warned you.. it’s all the liquid they pump in you for the c section.

I'm going through this right now. what do you do to make it go away. I drink lots of water but it comes back all the way to my knees everyday

Same happened to me the dr told me I had to elevate my feet high than my heart when laying down and it went away in a couple days. And not to be in my feet for too long in the beginning after c section, only short spurts thru the day.

some swelling is normal but I recall them saying if it was pitting like this that was no bueno. call ur provider to be safe mama!

With my second, my feet didn’t swell until after my c section, took about a week to get back to normal.

Keep an eye on blood pressure. I ended up back in the hospital 4 days after birth due to post partum preeclampsia and almost died!

Just had my third csection. Sadly it’s happens. Compression socks, always really help. Mine took a week to go away

My legs, ankles and feet started to swell the last 3 weeks of pregnancy then got worse after my c section for 4 days lol finally I can see my ankles again 🙌🏼

Look in to some thing called Beriberi specifically after pregnancy, I had the same thing to the point the swelling didn’t bother me as much as the pain I felt to stand or walk.

never had it with my first c-section but with my second they pumped me full of fluids it was ridiculous, I swelled so bad, they pulled the covers off me and I was like who's knees are those cause no🤣

I did not have swollen legs. only after I had my C-section. they did some sort of treatment on my legs that like squeezed them and that helped a little and I wore compression socks for a week after
