Literally great for all ages 😄 I’ve had lots of requests to film more baby recipe ideas so I’ve just been filming random things I’ve made and if it turns out well I’ll post it, this is one of them! I had some steamed broccoli in the fridge so just mashed it up in a bowl, added 1 egg, a handful of grated mild cheddar and a tbsp of plain organic flour. You can see the kind of texture you need. Make sure your pan is warm when you add the mixture (I used organic unsalted butter for frying) You can just cut into strips and serve with whatever you fancy, Harper had flat bread and hummus with hers! But you can keep them in the fridge and just microwave until warm for a bit of meal prep! Let me know if you try these!
