Tretinion!!!!!! Retin-A it helps with the cell turn over usually used for acne and early signs of aging. But honestly tretinion 0.1% is such a big help! It does irritate and dry out the skin.

when I gave birth to my son at 23, my tummy tightens back slowly without any products. I did some exercise but more like cardio. I believe the age help, muscle still strong & skin has more collagen.
