I used to have the same problem until I read the bottle. You’re supposed to take it on an empty stomach and sit up for 10 minutes after 😂

Have you tried liquid iron? Regular has always hurt my stomach but I’m fine with the liquid kind! It’s gross but I just brush afterwards

Talk to your Dr about slow fe iron!! It breaks down slower! I’m iron deficient and regular iron supplements make me sick too

the iron pills you should eat on an empty stomach. also drink it with orange juice. I take iron pills too and this is a good tip.
