Girlie section off the light blonde at the bottom, bleach wash at the top (let it sit for max 25 minutes) wash it out, dont dilute the toner, put the toner ONLY on the part you bleached and then rinse

Hair dye doesn’t lift it just adds colour to already bleached hair so no it doesn’t do the same job😭

I think you should start from your roots because the ends of your hair already got bleached they are already light enough you need your roots to match the ends of your hair
