My Buttermilk Ham & Cheese Double Stuffed Potatoes will be your new fav side dish you guys! These are so great because you can make them in advance and just heat them up when people come over! Also, you can taste the filling before hand to guarantee they will be SO good! Let me know if you try these out!🥔🧀⬇️ Ingredients: 8-10 medium sized russet potatoes, rinsed/scrubbed and dried 1 cup aged white cheddar cheese  1 cup sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup ham, chopped 1/2 cup bacon, crumbled 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper *Start by setting your oven to 375 degrees. Rinse and dry your potatoes and add to your oven (just on the rack) and bake for 45-60 minutes. Potatoes are ready when you can stick a fork through easily. *Once potatoes are cooked, let cook on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes or until you can handle them without burning your fingers. *Slice them in half (lengthwise) remove the filling with a spoon and add to a large bowl, leaving a small layer on the bottom of the potato to hold it’s shape. Repeat until all potatoes have been emptied. *Return your potatoes skins to the oven for another 5 minutes to crisp up and hold their shape even more. *While your potato skins are cooking add all ingredients to your bowl of potato filling and mix to combine. You can use a potato masher but for creamiest potatoes I recommend an immersion blender.  *Do not over mix.
