That’s called the RAT (Ram air turbine). While the engines can’t power the plane, the rat will be deployed automatically. It acts as a generator and only powers low voltage instruments that are needed

If the electricity supply of the plane fails, it means the plane won't be able to deploy the small turbine since it needs electricity to deploy it....
