Ultrasound in 12/23 and nothing showed up. It happened fast and crew fast. I stated having pain in my lower right side and was diagnosed at stage 3C. Please don’t ignore even the smallest symptom.

The found a mass on my ovary when I went to the ER for all over abdominal pain. They don't know what the mass is but I'm having surgery in a couple weeks to remove it and maybe get a full hysterectomy.

My mom died 3/5 of ovarian cancer-found out via autopsy she felt sick-fatigue, no appetite-beginning 2/19..she didn’t know, no one did. It’s aggressive and sneaky..cancer spread throughout her body..

May I ask whether it’s possible for a transvaginal ultrasound of ovaries to miss ovarian peritoneal cancer? I had a negative U/S but every symptom and they are worsening.
