Kemudian, masukkan bahan kisar dan tumis lagi. Masukkan garam dan daun kari lagi jika perlu. Kacau lagi sehingga ia kelihatan pekat dan warnanya tumisan sedikit gelap. 3.Masukkan nasi basmati yang telah disejukkan ke dalam kuali dan kacau rata. Ia akan jadi seperti nasi goreng. Kacau seketika lalu adjust rasa dan sedia untuk dihidang.
