The issue is, a lot of the men are not being the breadwinner but also not pulling their weight at home and with kids. If you both work, both pay 50/50 then EVERYTHING should be 50/50 including kids!

It’s unfortunate that I have never come across the women who burned the bra in the 60s. Husbands wages were split, and tax the family twice. Women are exauseted.

Some women wanted to work to gain autonomy. Some women wanted to work to support their families. Capitalism then used the new massive pool of workers to push everyone's real wages down, so that everyone has to work to make as much as one person did before.

The main globalisation benefit for the rich is tax avoidance and moving workers' jobs to cheaper places. Exploitation of workers is THE issue at the heart of so many issues, but it's a core principle of late stage capitalism.

No I don’t and I’m being truthful. I understand that a minority of women are abused & independence protects them. To change a complete system because of a few is unfair. A woman work doesn’t end when she finishes work.
