my parents house has bad cracks in every room of her house, door movement, cracked windows etc. a lot of repairs have been done outside. starting with new drains and cracks been filled in outside. done a really good job. been done through insurance. the inside is getting done in a few weeks. she's absolutely dreading it. it's been going on for the last 4/5 years. since the old fire station over the road has been knocked down and new houses been built on the land. they have an appointment at their local town hall to try and get answers. all the neighbours houses have been affected. my mum and dad was having a terrible time with this. sadly I lost my dad in November, last year. a fit and healthy man he was. the house hasn't been underpinned. I was wondering if you could answer why it hasn't been underpinned. we get no answers from anyone 🥺
