I get negative comments on many of my videos from them telling me that over-comforting is why there are so many soft, screwed up kids. Some have told me me I’m a horrible person and and ruining this country cause I’m supporting the creation of weak kids. I don’t get hurt or upset when I read them because I know the facts and the research. The world is harsh and ruthless adults. Our Kids want us to to be THE ONE adult who they can feel safe with. (We wanted it too.) If they don’t have us, they have no one, and the cycle continues. #parents #goodparenting #trauma #research #raisingadults
