@zhysin: Another long day at Grumpy Bagels, we’ve been experiencing frequent power shortages issues recently so Ivan and I woke up early to get to the shop just to make sure that our proofer is working perfectly and the bagels are proofed perfectly and ready to bake for operation needs. We have also added a water station at the front of our shop to cater to our waiting customers.
