I don't know where I'm going wrong my vermicelli doesn't go crispy , it tastes yum but I don't get the brown bits , am I using the wrong stuff, vermicelli pasta? thank you xx

I’ve never seen them use this pasta this is normally for soup they use pasta rice mixed in with normal rice
