I used $30 in supplies as paintwashing uses only a few tablespoons of paint and I was gifted the nontoxic stripper by the company so my cost for the entire makeover was very low. I don’t know how much time I invested but I would guess 8 to 10 hours. What do you think? Was it worth it? STEPS 1. Strip old finish with GreenEZ’s 2-part non-toxic stripper (DM me fir link) 2. I BARELY and very lightly sanded with 220 grit sandpaper 3. Paint wash using 1:5 Bedford: water mixed with a few drops of green latex paint to cancel out the red 4.
