Had to get a doctors note for a water bottle, wasn't allowed to talk to other employees on my team or else we'd be written up for slacking. Not allowed to sit. Not allowed to look at other employees.

At my job, we aren't allowed to go into the closet to get cleaning supplies, only the one manager on shift can. These are the cleaning supplies we use every shift, multiple times a shift.
