Laser hair removal did wonders on me (I did alexandrite laser!). However, my esthetician told me that laser should not be done on areas with fine air (even if it’s dark brown) bcs it can worsen it

how does it work on freckle-y areas? i have light enough skin for it but i have random birthmarks, freckles, and scars that i’ve heard the laser reads as hair and burns them up
