on my passenger side window. He was mad because it was taking so long. I parked, went in and told the manager. She went to say something (supposedly) but said he already left. It really scared me.

I was actually injured at Home Depot a few years back. Their molding/ trim wasn’t secure up high, a piece came down at me and I blocked it with my hand. It pushed my nail back and jammed up my finger.

during covid walmart had these huge sticky signs on the floor and I wasn't paying attention (large part was unstuck and sticking up) I tripped and almost wished I would have gotten hurt 🤭🤣 but also

🤣🤣used to work at home depot and the times people got hurt !!! the one I was like I hope they sue and get lots of money was when a pallet of water broke when a associate was lifting it from the top

KMart didn’t carry liability insurance in the 90’s. Hired 5 different attorney to fight my slip and fall in antifreeze. Four of them quit. I finally had to go to mediation after 3 years. Kmart Sucked!

This is easy. Find a defect, make sure the retailer has notice of the defect, wait a sufficient amount of time for them not to fix the defect and then get hurt.
