@dyl.sse: Episode 1 of this series has been a real eye opener for me. Seeing the strength I’ve lost and simply redirecting on how my health felt back then compared to now. These are my 2019 results compared to today… Deadlift: 265kg -> 170kg Bench: 130kg -> 90kg Squat: 190kg -> 110kg Dumbbells: 56kg -> 38kg Pull-ups: 18 reps -> 7 reps Push-ups: 82 reps -> 54 reps I’m happy to see that I’ve been able to at least hit the top 1% of world strength💪🏼, but it has also made me realise how much I have lost after 5 years of inactivity. I’m looking forward to this journey, I’m looking forward to the muscle memory kicking in and not only build myself back but surpassing where I once was. In 12 weeks: - Bench 100+ - Squat 150+ - Deadlift 200+ - Leaner & Larger - Healthier & Happier
