@idabergfoth: #TransformationTuesday 2016 vs 2024 If someone told me in 2016 that I'd evolve into my 2024 self, I wouldn't have believed them. I was really hard on myself back then—and still am, to be honest. But I've gained something very important over the years, so I want to share that with you today. It's tough to believe in your progress when you can't see it day by day. But hear me out: I didn’t train less back then, i have rather the past 12 years been adjusting intensity based on my yearly plan. What changed,however, was my mindset, My self-belief, eating, and sleeping habits. Most importantly, I stayed consistent, even when discouraged. Even when I couldn't reach my main goal, I focused on achievable ones to stay aligned and motivated. Remember, once you reach a goal, you'll set a new one—that's human nature.
