As a girly with scalp psoriasis this sounds like that’s what it is. Your right would recommend a dermatologist so much better than GPs imo. If it is it’s unlikely it will ever completely go away

Have you tried the ordinary glycolic solution for your scalp? Apparently it does wonders in yet to start trying it as my scalp is the same as yours

I used to get dandruff and it was the WORST! I recommend using anti dandruff shampoo to try to get rid of the dandruff

This might be a two part comment but pls try this. Let your hair get oily and flaky and give it regular massages and let your hair be gross for a week or more at a time. It will be very difficult….

I use that sebitar as it's the only thing that manages my scalp. I've used it for 20 years and honestly, I've never been able to fully get off of it, I've resigned to the fact I'll use it forever.

hey lovely! I suffer from this also. I saw a naturopath who advised me to limit dairy & gluten and my scalp psoriasis is almost gone!

I’ve heard Apple cider vinegar is good for balancing your scalp I think 🤞🏼

I have the same problem! It’s horrible. I’ve used so much brands etc. I currently just discovered Straand hair brand. So far not too bad. 2 weeks in, still there, still itchy… just slowly clearing

I have scalp psoriasis. It’s just like this. I use t-gel for maintenance and during flare ups I use a steroid lotion (Elocon lotion) that you need a script from GP for.

yep. scalp psoriasis. I can't keep mine under control either. I had to forego my yearly colour because of it. it's behind my ears too. I have enstillar but I hate using it because it doesn't wash out

Sounds like psoriasis. Tgel during flares and MooGoo shampoo and conditioner in general keeps mine at bay

This sounds like psoriasis 100%, I have this and have the same symptoms. Unfortunately it’s something that doesn’t go away but you can semi treat it with lotions prescribed by doctors!

Nizoral 2% shampoo is my life saver. I don’t have to use it all the time anymore. But honestly it was a game changer for me. Stopped being itchy after the first wash.

Could it be an intolerance? Lactose intolerances can do this
