@meals_with_mash_: PASTA ANYONE??? #SCGS Caramelised Onion and Garlic Pasta Ingredients 250 g cooked Pasta 1 Tbsp Oil 1 Onion, thinly sliced 4 Garlic cloves, chopped 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup Cream Small handful of Parsley or basil, chopped 1 Tbsp Chilli flakes ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese Method Cook pasta according to packet instructions, drain and set aside. Heat the oil over low to medium heat to cook onion for about 8 minutes. Add the garlic, pepper and Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and cook for further 5-7 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce, cream, parsley, chilli flakes and Parmesan and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta until it is fully covered with the sauce. Heat through for 2 minutes then serve immediately.
