I do one side at a time and make sure I bring my palms across to my other peck and squeeze I find that a full range of motion in the way I do it activates more then the standard way

Also don’t forget to have a good stretch, I decreased my weight from 120lbs to 80 but augmenting by 45° my stretch, I never felt that much my pec in a long time
