FERPA is a law that protects disabled students’ confidentiality. She broke that law by revealing the students’ identities, names, and revealing that they have a disability. Very unprofessional

I obviously do not know that child’s specific disability. But what if that child can’t express that being in the video makes her uncomfortable. Can she go home and tell her guardian?

I admit I made a big mistake with our eldest and YouTube. We trusted the kids app. It... Wasn't kid friendly. We had to do a LOT of deprogramming. That was OUR fault.
