No service - a couple dollars / buffet (drinks only) - 10ish% / actual waitress 15-25% depending on how often they had to run back and forth and how long I was there

Also, if you go to a casino, the one I work at as a dealer, I get paid like a waitress, so I depend on tokes.

Not usually or something small if I’m doing a pick up from a restaurant. The kitchen staff are still doing spring. But def not at fast food restaurants.

It was standard practice to tip wait staff who served at your table. They make a lower wage & rely on tips. Counter workers generally make a full wage, so tipping wasn’t customary, but could happen.
