The csrs on the phones know procedures and not tax law, if you want them staffing accountants then we'd have to increase the pay by 100%. starting pay at my call center is like $20/hr

Literally! I was on hold for an HOUR AND A HALF yesterday and then finally got ahold of someone and she asked to put me on hold and then hung up. I hired a lawyer to deal with them 😂
