@evan_holmes_: T-bar row alternatives basically come down to something stable I.e. a chest support and allow for a good range of motion so we can get a stretch across the upper back and load scapular retraction. If we’re being picky, you want to use a wider arm path as well since a t-bar row generally doesn’t allow for a very narrow arm path, but like I mentioned in the video, a narrow arm path doesn’t take away from the upper back at all, it just adds some lats stimulus too. ~$1/day to join my online training groups designed for beginner to advanced lifters where we implement research-backed training principles to ensure progress.
