I don’t think the voice actor has to say every word and phrase imaginable. They just read a few pages in different tones and inflections and the voice software is trained using that as the input data

Siri wasn't invented by Apple, it was a product they acquired but I can't remember if it spoke before Apple bought it or just gave text answers on screen

I was a voice-over for a switchboard for a big company...spent two weeks recording individual words 8 years later, my voice still is in the system and I can call them and hear myself .so weird!
