my medicine was changed it's helped. I was all over structure was not going on at work. What helps my boss has ADHDwe talk alot about it.

hahaha I canceled so much my friends dont ask. I feel bad I talk so fast and hyper over excited talk over others. I'm up all night worried about work not knowing what floor at times. I need structure

It’s brutal isn’t it? All the shared stuff…. My wife keeps an eye and ear on me, she’ll give me the look 👀 or a little smile depending on whether I’m being entertaining or weird.
